In the event you wish to process a return,
please complete the Return Form below. A
Customer Service representative
will issue you return
authorization via e-mail.
Damaged or Defective
Merchandise:
You must notify Customer Service within
five days of product delivery and we will arrange free pick up.
Items Not Damaged or Defective:
You must e-mail Customer Service within 15 days of receipt of
our shipment to obtain a return authorization, and the
product must be received by our distribution center within 30
days from the original date of the order.
Item(s) must be returned: first class, undamaged, in saleable
condition, and with original packaging and accessories.
Do not write the return authorization number or any other
information on the original product packaging, since the
merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was
delivered.
A credit for the returned merchandise less the original
shipping cost will be issued within fifteen days of receipt of
product(s) in our distribution center.
